Christian Catron
PRESIDENT & CEO
Christian began his real estate investing career with single family homes but quickly turned his attention to Commercial Multifamily Investments. His vision for Redeem Investments has expanded to include Renewable Energy investing, recognizing the ability to achieve below-average risk and above-average returns for investors, while creating a positive impact on the environment.
His corporate career includes roles in sales, training, management, business development, project management and operations, leading as many as 500 teammates at a time.
He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in general management and environmental engineering. He continued his education at the University of Texas at Austin’s McCombs School of Business, earning an MBA degree.
Michael Euperio
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
As Chief Operating Officer of Redeem Investments, Michael oversees all aspects of day-to-day operations at the company, including acquisitions, asset management, investor relations, and fund operations. He works closely with executive leadership to execute on the long-term vision and strategy of the company in order to deliver sustainable, scalable growth.
Michael has nearly 20 years of experience spanning high-growth tech companies and the military. He has led business operations and has been focused on growth-oriented roles for most of his career from early stage, venture-backed startups to companies that went on to become publicly traded. He has been evaluating and investing in multifamily assets since late 2018.
He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy and has an MBA from the University of Colorado. Michael serves on the board for the West Point Society of Denver and is active in the venture capital and private equity community.

Nelson Brown III
ASSET MANAGER
Nelson serves as our Asset Manager, responsible for engaging with our onsite management teams to handle day to day operations. In doing so, Nelson plays a vital role in the execution of the value-add business plan for our portfolio properties. A retired Senior Non-commissioned Officer (NCO), Nelson served in the U.S. Air Force for 21 years as a Security Policeman.
Amidst deployments and other duties, Nelson diligently pursued his education obtaining a B.S. in Criminal Justice from the American Military University and an MBA from Trident University International.
